The Loft-Apartment is furnished to be truly comfortable: it's very light, spacious (90m2) and modern and consists of a big living room on the lower flower with a sofa, TV, a big kitchen with a traditional oven, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher, big bathrooms with shower, sinks, washing machine and drier. The Upper floor is an Open Space for sleeping, furnished with a double bed and a sitting area with big windows that allow you to admire and watch life outside in Central Riva, Bike Place including.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, internet Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, a safe, a washing machine and a drier.

It's difficult finding parking in the center of town and so we offer you a private parking space in a garage 300m from the apartment with a magnetic pass card that we will lend you when you Check In.
